Fifteen adults and sixteen children - as well as 2 more little ones on the way - for 4 days in Nashville. That was our family reunion for Dan's Dad's side of his family! Our last family reunion was 4 years ago when Kylie was just a 1 1/2 year old! Jeff and Sara hosted us in their newly remodeled upstairs (beautiful) and we had a blast! Each couple took care of one lunch and one dinner with another couple and it was awesome!
Jeff bought 4 peddle go-karts that everyone (Dad's and kids) had fun riding, we played kickball, kids played on an inflatable water slide, we did movie night in the backyard with a projector, we swam at a pool and had a pizza party, had a 6 foot ice cream sundae, the greatest balloon guy
ever, the guys played croquet, the ladies went to breakfast and painted pottery
and we had our own great church service on Sunday morning where some shared their stories of how they came to know Jesus. It was a great time with great people who are not only our family but great friends as well! We don't want to wait another 4 years for the next reunion!

Peddle go-karts

I love this picture of Uncle Chuck (Poppy to the rest of his crew)! It was so him that weekend - carrying kids or having them ride with him and going down a loooong driveway to fetch them!

Sweaty after playing basketball and a little Frisbee!

7 kids in one room to sleep! They did great (for the most part) and enjoyed sleeping together!

And their "asleep" shot - I asked them to pretend so I could get a pic :)

Lots of kids on the water slide!

Jack's crocs weren't holding up to so much running and playing outside - so we bought him a new pair of sneakers! And taught him how to tie his shoes :)

Sara and Jeff's yard with kids everywhere!

The kick ball field that Dan cut into Jeff's field :) Dan and Jeff made the bases and spray painted them white!

So fun!

The cheering section!

Jack and Josh were given the job of making up kick-ball teams. They took it very seriously and did a great job! Here is Dan with Jack and their list of "teams" :)

Aunt Tiff did a french braid in Laura and Kylie's hair - they looked so cute!

Cute girls

The ladies went out to breakfast at Panera, courtesy of Aunt Peggi and Uncle Chuck! It was delicious!

Meanwhile, the kids and Dad's were being entertained by an amazing balloon guy! These were no ordinary balloon animals!

Watching Cars outside :)

And the view of our group from the front!

Sunday morning service outside of Jeff and Sara's house! The kids were participating in Allison's rendition of Jesus Loves Me with a little "Huh!" and a "Aaaaah!" It was the only song Jack sang, so I requested it be done again :)

Getting chairs and kids ready for the service...it was a great time.

Megan and Graysen playing in the water

Scott, Sadie and Abbey set up a challenge between partners. Dan and Kylie were partners, Josh and Jack and lots of others...they had a watermelon eating contest, an egg race, an obstacle course and maybe something else :) They did great and had a ton of fun!

Gavin, Jack and Josh (Jack really liked Gavin!)

Miss Lucie enjoying her cherry popsicle

Jeff and Sara's yard with kiddos running around and driving go-karts

Croquet King!

Pretty girls

The guys raced on the go-karts. It wasn't pretty.

I bought this fun ribbon in Chinatown in Bangkok with Ro - and all the girls (including me) wore them in their hair for the 4th of July and pictures! They looked so sweet!
