Family Hike

We went out as a family yesterday for a "hike" - really a walk through the woods, but it was fun!  We took Beau with us and he had a blast exploring everywhere - until he had to be bathed at home to get all the dirt off his paws :)

Fall Season Begins!

We survived 5 games this past Saturday!  4 volleyball and 1 soccer game with 4 wins and 1 tie :)  It ended up being a divide and conquer day - we all watched Megan, then I took Kylie while Megan and Dan took Jack.  Dan and I worked Megan's first game (sorry no pics of Megan!) and then I was the sideline ref for Kylie's game!  They all played great and we're looking forward to a fun season!

Kylie and her friend got to be captains - she played defender and goalie and did a great job!

Jack is playing volleyball and they went up against 5th/6th grade girls teams.  He got to be captain! (and I think Megan did this weekend, too!)

Lake Anna

We went to Lake Anna with my family over Labor Day Weekend!  It was a blast and we had a great time!  Hannah came down on Saturday with her roomies - so it was fun to meet them.  We had a blast swimming in the lake, using the paddle boat, using Sarah's kayak's (Sarah took Max and Kylie out, Megan and Mary Kate went together and Jack and Cole went together), jumping off the dock, enjoying the firepit, trying to keep Mary Kate's cast from getting wet while she was in an inflatable boat in the water and laughing a lot!  The house was gorgeous and huge - with tv's upstairs and downstairs AND a media room that Dan hooked the xBox up in for gaming and netflix watching!
