Hi, my Name is Beau, vol. 2

...And I'm the Birthday Boy because today I turn 2!!!

Official Name: Beau

Nicknames: Beausef, Shrimpy, Chacho, Beauchacho, Shrimpy Nugget, Pooh Bear (by Megan), Cream Peen (by Kylie), Nut Nertha (by Jack).

What I do when my family comes home: Bring them a present! It could be Hedgie or Zebra or my teddy bear or whatever is closest, but I have to bring them a present, but turn away so they can't actually get it.

Friends: Maisie is really my only friend left. I'm not super nice with other doggies anymore. I can't be near Bosco or we both get grumpy.

Things I love: Going on walks, playing fetch with my toys, playing search with my toys, getting an empty water bottle in the morning filled with a little food to take in the living room and bite the cap off then tip it up to get the food out, playing with my 3 balloons at night, having my peanut butter frozen treat occasionally, playing with my blue food ball, our new sofa I can lay on, wrestling with Daddy and Jack, sleeping on my back, when Mommy's alarm goes off to go get Kylie from the bus in the afternoon, riding in the car with my head out the window, kissing Megan, rough housing with Kylie, visiting Grammy and Grandad, biting the squeaker out of any toy and pulling all the stuffing out!

Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

Our neighborhood put on an Easter Egg hunt! We brought Kylie and Jack. Kylie got to do the Easter Egg Hunt and they both enjoyed petting the petting zoo animals and eating yummy food!

Easter 2016

We started out our celebration of Easter early! We went to the 7:30 service at church together as a family, then served in our classes at the 9am service! Before we did that, the kids (and Beau) got their Easter presents :) Grandad watched Beau for us, so we could go to Tasha and Todd's after church. Tasha and Todd do a great job of hosting all 38 of us and it was a blast!

Kristen's Birthday

Since my birthday fell during Spring Break, the kids and I took Grammy and Grandad downtown to see the Cherry Blossoms which were at their peak on my birthday! We pick them up and headed down. It was a zoo downtown! People everywhere! They closed off all the parking near the Cherry Blossoms and the Tidal Basin, so that people could walk. If you wanted to get out of the car, you had to park far away and take a shuttle in. We opted to just drive a loop around the Mall and the Tidal Basin and head back to Grammy and Grandad's for some lunch at either Jersey Mike's or CAVA :)

When Dan got home, we opened presents and then headed out to dinner at Outback! It was delicious and so fun to be out! We came back and used our new firepit for the first time! And I had purchased Ben and Jerry's Ice Cream for everyone for dessert, too! Such a fun birthday!
