Flowers from Dan before our date night this week! We haven't been out on a date by ourselves (not for work, not with other people, not for life group) this whole semester. We went out Thursday night for dinner and then walked around the mall. We went to a great French/Italian place near our house and enjoy some great food and great conversation! Sooo fun!
Megan, Dan and Jack at Suikishi for Korean Barbeque on New Year's Eve! The big kids had never been there and I had taken Kylie with a friend the first year we lived here...it was soooo much fun! We got to cook our own veggies and meat on the grill they bring and everyone tried kimchi and chub chae and miso soup! A great fun night!

On this particular evening, Megan won hardily with many qwirkles! 
Megan and Kylie went on their first official sleepover. Kylie was invited by her friend and the friend has sisters Megan's age, so to make Kylie be okay with sleeping over, Megan tagged along, too! They had a great time, but were up until 11pm...which is super late for them! The following 2 pictures are what transpired the day after the sleepover...
Kylie fell asleep hard the following afternoon in the car on the way home from lunch after church....
...and Megan fell asleep on the couch reading her Bible when we got home (that good little Moopert)...FYI - super fun conversations answering questions while she is reading Luke - aka What is conceive? What is a virgin? Why did Herod sleep with his brother's wife!?! Ah, good times...
