...And I'm the Birthday Boy because today I turn 43!!!

Things I like: family road trips, beards, flying the spark, playing video games, riding the V-Strom.

Favorite TV Shows/Movies: Pitch Perfect trilogy, the Crown, Man in the High Castle, Act of Valor, Titan Games, Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

Favorite Sayings: Do you want to move to Malone? Beard up, Shrimpy are you dead?, I love my job, It's go time.

Favorite Foods/Drinks: Pizza, Mt. Dew, Queso, Slurpees, Guinness, Lofthouse cookies.

Things I did while I was 41:  toured Arlington National Cemetery and the changing of the guard, got a drone, took Megan to work for the morning, was a best man in Supe's wedding, vacationed in the Florida panhandle, had our house flood, installed drywall with an awesome drywall holder, installed flooring in our basement, toured University of Richmond, had 2 kids and a wife at high school, got to watch Jack play in his first freshman football game, watched Jack play freshman basketball, toured the White House at Christmas, test drove but didn't buy a new motorcycle, took my family to Medieval Times, took Kristen to Miss Saigon, got to shoot guns with my kids/Oberle's/Getter's in Richmond, went to Blacksburg for a guys VT Basketball game and weekend, went to San Francisco.

Hi, My Name is Megan vol. 11

...And I'm the Birthday Girl because today I turn 17!!!

Grade:  11th grade.  I'm starting to look at colleges.  I'm taking Russian 2 and German 5.  I don't have any favorite teachers.

Job:  I work at Morningside House as a dining room server.  I've been working there since July.  I also ref volleyball games in the fall and tutor middle school kids in math!

Favorite Things to Do:  Hang out with friends, read, sleep.

Favorite Books:  The Forgotten Garden, Flavia De Luce series, The Book Thief.

Favorite TV Shows/Movies:  The Crown, Man in the High Castle, Anne of Green Gables, Sherlock.

Favorite Foods:  Moe's, CAVA, bell peppers, snap peas, coffee ice cream, cookie dough, chicken salad.

Favorite Sayings:  LOL, Can I hang out with Mason?, Can I have a sleepover?

What I want to be when I grow up:  State Department Employee

Things I did as a 16 year old: Visited Arlington National Cemetery and the changing of the guards,  got the worst sunburn of my life (on the back of my legs), stayed for a week in an RV at Myrtle Beach, went with my Dad to Take your Child to Work Day, Officially toured Duke and University of Richmond, Got my license, got into a car crash, got a job and danced with a 99 year old man (George), managed volleyball, joined National Honor Society, took the SAT for the first time, got a boyfriend (Mason), toured the White House at Christmas, went to Medieval Times, shot a gun (9mm), was a victim of the wage gap (new guy gets $11/hour, while I only get $10), joined National German Honor Society.

Why my Mom loves me:  Because you are super smart and talented, fun to be around, beautiful, a great friend, driven, conscientious, a hard worker and committed to whatever you put your mind to!  We are so thankful you are our daughter and we cannot wait to see what God has planned for your life! We love you Megan Colleen Seaman!!!  XOXOXOXOXO

Job:  I'm in 7th grade.  I'm trying to get through the year because it's not that fun.  I love having a history teacher who understands that people's minds work differently than others and he doesn't have a limit on the questions you can ask.

Favorite Animal: Unicorn

Favorite Color:  Banana Yellow 

Favorite things to do: Hanging out with friends, going to DQ with friends, swimming, play sports, getting to talk with my friends and family about my favorite shows, getting to bond with the 2/3's class at church, play my ukulele, watching Hallmark movies.

Favorite TV Shows/Movies: When Calls the Heart, Flash, How to Train your Dragon, Troll Hunters, Alexa and Katie, The Greatest Showman, Once Upon a Time.

Favorite Foods:  Tacos, Meatloaf, Alfredo Chicken, Ice Cream, Orange Cinnamon Rolls.

What I want to be when I grow up:  Work for the State Department, and maybe a kindergarten teacher.  If i can't accomplish those things, a waitress at Olive Garden.

Things I did while I was 12: Went to my first Winter Weekend with RBC, went to Arlington National Cemetary and the National Zoo, played field hockey, went to my first Daddy/Daughter cake decorating night, went to my first concert with Alexis, got my first tankini, went to Harper's Ferry, got an iPhone 6s, went swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, went paddle boarding, walked on Worsham Field at Lane Stadium, went to my first Summer Camp with RBC, got Mono, Went to my first Wyldlife weekend with my besties and Mrs. Kilmartin and Cristal and had my room redone by Megan and Mom while I was gone!!!

Why Mom loves me: Because you keep us laughing, help out around the house, love God, are active in your small group at RBC, FCA on Thursdays after school and Wyldlife (before on Saturday evenings and this school year after school on Wednesdays)!  You play your ukulele up in your room all the time and we love hearing you do it, even if you won't play it in front of us.  You love your friends and enjoy planning things to do with them.  You play so nicely with the little kids in our neighborhood (Katelyn, Isaac, Aaron and Benjamin) and with the 2/3 year olds in the nursery at RBC.  You love your cousins!  We love your voices, your crazy stories, your drama and your indecisions!  We love you and are so thankful to God for you Bugga!!! ...And I'm the Birthday Boy because today I turn 15 years old!!!

Job: Go to school. I'm in 9th grade. 

Things I do:  Play football on the freshman team, play basketball, play video games, mow the lawn for my parents, mr. jay and ms. faye, work in the RBC 2-3's class. 

Favorite Foods:  Mac and cheese, spaghetti, pizza, brownies, ramen, french toast casserole, chicken sandwiches, buffalo mac and cheese at bdubs, alfredo spaghetti at olive garden, meatball subs.


Favorite TV Shows/Movies:  Daredevil, The Flash, Punisher, Black Panther, Thor Ragnarok.

Favorite Sayings: That is so trash, disgusting, GG (good game), Bow-tiyah (his nickname for Beau)

What I want to be/do when I grow up: ???

Things I did when I was 14:   won 8th grade CLBL title, went go-karting for a friends birthday party, graduated middle school, kayaked in the Gulf of Mexico, had my room trashed by a flood, got a whole new bedroom/xbox one/4k tv, can jump and touch the basketball rim, grew taller than everyone in the family, started high school, got driven to school by Megan, played tackle football on the Freshman Football Team (WR), scored a touchdown in a scrimmage, helped paint his bedroom and the basement, started having Beau sleep with me in the basement every night. 

 Why my Mammy loves me:  Because you are fun to be around!  You have a big heart, which we see in your kindness to little kids and your Beausef.  Dad and I enjoy watching you play sports and how you make it look effortless.  You're a smart kid and a quick learner.  You crank out whatever we ask you to do so it's done and you don't have to be bothered by it again.  We love you Jack!!!  We are so thankful we get to be your parents and cannot wait to see how God continues to grow you into the Man He has created you to be!!!

Things that make me Happy: The color turquoise, daffodils, stripes, hair tinsel, Uggs/ flip flops/ tieks, peppermints, Dan playing with my hair, Snuggling with Kylie, taking walks with Jack, Vegging out and watching t.v. shows with Megan, having Beau following me all around the house, my water bottle, fun colored socks from Old Navy, cheering kids on in sports.
