Jack tried out and made the Loudoun Red "A" team All-Star team!
The schedule consisted of 4 Sunday afternoon practices, a Wednesday practice and then a tournament in Herndon last weekend! It was a great experience to have a different coach, really skilled boys and a different team. They played great and did a great job! Saturday they were 0-1, 1-1, 1-0 and 6-0!
Sunday they went into the brackets as the 3rd seed. They won their first game 5-1 and went to the 3rd-4th place game. They were down most of the game, but came back to tie it at the very end. They went into Penalty Kicks and Jack had the priviledge of being one of the kickers! He was 3rd in line and unfortunately didn't score, but had a great shot anyway (I think Dan was waaaaaaay more nervous than he was)! They lost in the 6th kick. They played well together and had a great time! Grammy and Grandad came out Saturday night and Sunday. Mark and Cole came out Saturday morning and Brian, Sarah and Max came out Saturday night!

Wednesday night practice in 27F weather! Kylie and I were super bundled up and numb after 1 1/2 hours - which included us sitting in the car for 45 minutes in the middle!
