Homemade Christmas Ornaments

So, I pretty much need ideas for what to do with the kids in the afternoons/evenings while Dan is gone. Normally, when he is home, we get homework done, play, get stuff done around the house, cook until he gets home around 5pm. But, when he is gone...and not to sound morbid, but we don't have anything to look forward to, you know? So, yesterday, I had the grand idea to have the kids make Christmas ornaments to give their teachers (don't worry, we're also giving them gift certificates). My vision of it was probably a bit more refined than the final product, but the kids had fun and, hopefully, the teachers will appreciate the sentiment of it (and at least, they are still getting gift cards, right friends/family who have been teachers)?

Here are Kylie's that she made. One for our babysitter, Kuhn Som, one for Ms. Leslie, who is in charge of the nursery at church and one for our tree, since we don't have any made by Kylie on it!
These are Jack's ornaments he made for his teacher, his assistant teacher and his speech teacher. We still have to put ribbon on them to hang on the tree!

Megan's nice ornaments for her teacher, assistant teacher and her thai teacher at school :)

Cute ornaments. Santa just came through the neighborhood a little bit ago. We thought of you and remembered last year when after he drove away, that all the kids climbed your tree. I think this year Santa was cold. It is pretty cold out tonight.
